MOIA is the new car pooling service by Volkswagen. For its launch in Hamburg, I created a scalable platform that introduced the brand, explained the service, and also pushes heavily on app downloads and hiring the required drivers.website

I was tasked to design a new, mobile-first self-service platform that allows for personalized upselling offerings while still being optimized for usability and service. I made heavy use of service design blueprints to factor in every touchpoint in the customer journey.

MACH helps governments and other institutions in the public sector to 'go digital'. But when it came to their own online experience, they needed some help themselves. Working at elbkapitäne, I helped launch a new magazine to highlight the innovative work taking place at MACH, in just a few weeks.
